Shipping dates are not guaranteed, especially around holidays. For express shipping requests, please email kayla@kdantz.com with the subject SHIPPING, followed by the product of interest and an explanation of your request.

Return policy

Generally speaking, all sales are final. However, exceptions may be made if you receive damaged, incorrect, or otherwise mishandled merchandise. All packages are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage caused by the postal service.

Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email kayla@kdantz.com with the subject RETURN, followed by your order number and an explanation of your issue.

International Orders- Duties and Fees

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to their shipment upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential costs.

Shipping is currently available to the US and Canada for most products, though we’re working on adding more locations. Mailed Memories, the mini print subscription, ships worldwide. If you’d like to be added to a mailing list to be notified when your location opens, please enter your email below.
